IMPORTANT - AS MEST 1 REVISION SESSIONS - IMPORTANT

Hi all, with the exam fast approaching I recommend you take the opportunity attend revision sessions in order to practice your analytical skills.

The first session will be Thursday 20th May Period 3&4 in F3.

Following from this sessions will take place in F3 every Tuesday P 1&2 and Thursday P 3&4.

To help prepare for the summer exam I have set up a dedicated AS Media blog. Here you will find a host of useful info; sample videos to analyse; exam style questions to practice and suggested research areas for your case studies. MEST 1 Section A instructions

SECTION A

TEXTS, CONCEPTS AND CONTEXTS


You should read the questions on the left and then spend approximately 15 minutes studying the media product and making notes on it. These notes will not be marked.


You will be shown a media product three times. In between viewings you should make notes in response to the questions below in the space provided. You will then have one hour to write your responses to the questions.

You should spend approximately 15 minutes answering each question in Section A.
